Hello, I’m Paul Sullivan, a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of clinical experience helping individuals, couples, and adolescents explore the deeper stories that shape their lives. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens not just through insight, but through meaningful and attuned relationships—both in and out of the therapy room.
I practice from a relational, interpersonal, and modern psychodynamic framework, informed by neuropsychology and the latest research in how the brain, mind, and relationships interact. This integrated approach allows me to support clients in uncovering the emotional patterns, core beliefs, and past experiences that influence how they think, feel, and relate today.
Often, people come to therapy looking for relief from symptoms like anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles—only to discover that these challenges are tied to deeper questions of identity, self-worth, and connection. I work collaboratively with my clients to gently explore these layers, helping them better understand their personal narrative and develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Therapy with me is not about quick fixes. It’s about cultivating a deeper awareness that leads to real, lasting change—not just in how you cope, but in how you live and relate. Together, we’ll work toward emotional clarity, healing old wounds, and building healthier, more fulfilling relationships—with others and with yourself.
Whether you're facing a difficult transition, repeating painful relational patterns, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a safe, thoughtful space to do meaningful inner work.
