Virtual therapy (also known as telehealth or teletherapy) is psychotherapy conducted online using a secure, encrypted video platform. It allows clients to access therapy from the privacy and comfort of their own space while maintaining the same level of professionalism, confidentiality, and connection as traditional sessions.
Yes. Our video platform is HIPAA-compliant and uses end-to-end encryption to ensure your privacy. No sessions are recorded or stored.
Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face treatment—especially when the therapeutic relationship remains strong and collaborative. Many clients find it even easier to open up and maintain consistency.
We currently offer online therapy to clients located anywhere within California. It’s ideal for individuals with busy schedules, long commutes, or health and mobility challenges.
All you need is a private, quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a computer, tablet, or phone with a camera and microphone. We’ll send a secure link before each appointment.
We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, many PPO plans reimburse part of the session fee for virtual therapy. We can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.
Neurofeedback provides a safe and natural way to enhance brain performance for people of all ages — from children with ADHD to adults managing stress, anxiety, or burnout. It’s also used by top performers and executives to strengthen concentration, memory, and calm under pressure.
